M-Projects are about to commission the cleaning system associated with a new pharmaceutical filling machine.
A new Bosch filling machine is being installed by Thornton & Ross, to replace an existing manual machine.
Unlike other Thornton & Ross fillers, this one is designed for fully automatic cleaning in place.
M-Projects have inheritted responsibility for Thornton & Ross's CIP and manufacturing process systems, which were designed and installed by M-Projects' staff in a previous company, no longer trading.
M-Projects scope is to provide a dedicated CIP interface, CIP return pump and collection vessel, Automatic hot air drying system & Vented air /liquid separator. All the control modifications are being integrated into Thornton & Ross's SCADA / PLC system.
The scheme complies with the stringent GAMP standards and are fully validated into the site's quality standards for pharmaceutical production.
The project value to M-Projects is around £55,000.
