•Underback(Mash Tunrun-off)
•Sugar dissolving
The vessel has a perforated false bottom with a steam heating coil underneath for sugar dissolving and brewhouse CIP heating. Can be integrated into a brewhouse system, or with stand-a-lone control
•Level controls for wort run-off
•Pump pressure control for wort run-off and CIP
•Removable perforated false floor
•Steam heating coil, 10 bar rated
•Caustic dosing pump set for CIP make-up
•Integrated flowplate for wort and CIP routing
