Major Brewery Projects
MICRODAT MAJOR BREWERY PROJECTS
Microdat’s central brewery process team have each been in the brewery process business for 20 years each, and have seen a massive variety of projects, from the multi-nationals to the micros. The team have worked under every conceivable basis, from design only, to project management services, and complete multi-disciplined turnkey projects.
In 2010 the Microdat brewery team implemented the building of three complete new breweries.
The first was Joules Brewery in Market Drayton, a 30 brl traditional ale brewery, having a mixture of new and second hand equipment, which was implemented on a design and part time project management basis.
The second was Meantime Brewery in Greenwich, London. This was a 60 brl high-specification continental style brewhouse, providing high-margin naturally carbonated beers for bottling. Again this project was implemented on a design and part time project
management basis.
The third project was Moorhouse’s in Burnley. This is a 100 brl traditional ale brewery. This project was implemented differently from any traditional approach, and has proven to set a new standard for our brewery development projects.
The “new” style of implementation has been developed in light of the current financial difficulties that the world of banking and asset finance has brought about. The system provides benefits for our customer, and ourselves.
