A £2.2M contract in 2008, to install a major upgrade in the keg beer department at InBev’s Samlesbury site.
A large multi-disciplined project involving a complex process system of detergents, storage tanks, complex services, conveying systems and imported machinery.

- Twin Vessel Reclaimed Beer Storage Facility.
- New Chemical Distribution System.
- New 5000L Bulk Acid Storage Tank.
- New Air Extract System.
- Waste Water Re-use & Heat Energy Recovery.
- Process & Services Design & Installation.
- New internal keg washer (10 lane inline).
- New “Tunnel” Type External Keg Washer.
- Twin High-Pressure Wash (100 Bar) Pump System.
- Keg Conveying System, Weigher & Reject System.
Detergent Set
- Fully Hygienic.
- Hot Detergents.
- 4 Tank System.
- Fully Automatic.
- Multiple Wash Waters.
- Automatic Chemical Changeover.
- Bespoke Polycarbonate Guarding.
Pipework services to the system were a key part of the project.
The majority of the pipework was installed on site, but some was also pre-built off site.
