A fully automatic walking beam cask washer, is available from Microdat, rated at 180 Firkins per hour. 


Features include:

- 3-pass water re-use system for maximum energy efficiency. 

- Detergent-less cask washing (Detergent version also available).

- External cask washing.

- Dedicated hot water generator, running at 80 deg C.

- Rolling rails in-feed.

- Rolling rails out-feed.

Additional features:

- Operates with 9, 10 and 18 gallon casks. 

- Manufactured in 304L stainless steel. 

- Operation Rated at 180 to 240 firkins (9 gallons) per hour. 

- Close guarded small foot-print machine.

- Integrated Service Centre.

- High Level Beam.

- Pre-wash, Detergent Wash & Main-Wash Cycles. 

- External Wash & Label Removal.
